Ancestral History of the Doubledays

Paula took on the project of documenting the Doubleday side of her family with this 160 page book full of photos, remembrances, and family trees. It included a CD of all the documents, photographs, pdfs of the family trees, and a CD of an interview with her grandmother 20 years ago.

We can help you search the internet to gather information about your family, scan photos and documents, and then incorporate all into a chronological history of your family. This book was copied and wire-o bound. All pdf files were posted on the web for relatives to download.

Anniversary Timeline

When Paula's parents had their 50th wedding anniversary, a timeline was designed outlining each decade of their marriage. These two page spreads highlighted events (births, moving, jobs, etc) with photos and funny family references. Those siblings unwilling to contribute have to now live with Paula's version of history. The digital color prints of the timelines were put into a 12 x 12 scrapbook album. Stories were collected from all the siblings and other relatives to provide a snapshot of the last 50 years.
